Cancellation policy

All sales at Cherry Picked Needlepoint are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders, including subscriptions. This policy exists to ensure that every product we send out meets our quality standards — we can’t guarantee the condition of items once they’ve left our hands!


That said, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue on our end, please reach out to us at cherrypickedneedlepoint@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
