All sales at Cherry Picked Needlepoint are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders, including subscriptions.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue on our end, please reach out to us at cherrypickedneedlepoint@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
